The Godfather trilogy

Not having cable is a good thing, but I do watch movies occasionally, and I have a fairly extensive dvd collection. I recently started watching the Godfather trilogy again. The Godfather is such an amazing movie, possibly one of the greatest movies of all time. The Godfather II is a classic, a three and a half hour masterpiece, equal to that of its predecessor in every way.

But then there is the red headed stepchild of the family, that mutherfucking god-awful flaming pile of shit known as the Godfather III. This movie is so bad it offends me. This movie is so heinous that it is literally a crime against humanity, not unlike the holocaust. This movie is like watching an abortion, except this movie is worse.

Where the fuck do I start. Do I start with that untalented, borderline retarded, princess of all things nepotistic, the infamous Sophia Coppola? Or do I start with Al Pacino? Ok we’ll start with Al Pacino. The number one problem with his performance is that Al Pacino is playing Al Pacino, not Michael Coreleone. Al Pacino with all his stupid idiosyncratic “Scent of a Woman” antics literally shits on the grave of Michael Coreleone. It’s like the Michael Coreleone of Godfather II and the Michael Coreleone of Godfather III are two complete different characters written by to completely different people, and one of those two people evidently has down syndrome.

Now as for Sophia Coppola, frankly Sophia Coppola deserves to be lynched for her performance in this unholy abomination. She also should be immediately inducted into the nepotism hall of fame with other untalented undeserving spoiled rich fucks like George W. Bush and Ivanka Trump. Daddy Francis Ford Coppola gave little princess Sophia a leading role in a Hollywood blockbuster; too bad daddy couldn’t buy that dumb bitch some acting talent. I’m actually curious to go back and read some of the reviews for this movie. I’m sure critics had a field day with this one.
